  4. Add diced chunks of coconut and remove air bubble. Let it set. Cut in square pieces and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Notes: 1) I made coconut milk at home. you may use the ready made one. 2) After adding mango puree or coconut mil to agar agar mixture, do not wait to pour it in tin else it will set soon.
