  15. 2 tsp mustard oil

  1. Marinate for about an hour
  2. Brush a little mustard oil on the glossy side of the banana leaf.
  3. Lightly roast them over a low flame for 20 seconds.
  4. Put some marinated chicken keema on the middle of the roasted leaf.
  5. Fold the banana leaf from four sides to make a parcel and tie it using a thread.
  6. Add a little amount of oil in the pan and place the wrapped chicken over the oil.
  7. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for 10 mins.
  8. Flip the chicken parcels after 10 mins.
  9. Cook the other side and covering the pan with a lid for 10 more minutes.
  10. Now turn the gas off and take the lid off after sometime.
  11. Serve hot chicken raw mango paturi with steamed rice.
