  3. For creame cheese add crumbled paneer to blender add chopped mango pieces, cream,honey kesar strands and blend to creamy texture (may add little milk if needed).
  4. Add some mango pieces to cheese cream, and make layer on prepared biscuits layer then set it in freezer for 3,4hours.
  5. Prepare glaze add mango puree,sugar to pan and cook till it thickens and turns to dark colour,cool it.
  6. Add glaze layer over the mango cream cheese layer and again set it in freezer for overnight or 7,8hours.
  7. Decorate per your choice. Now mago cream cheese cake is ready to serve. Keep it in freezer and take out few minutes before serving.
