  3. 1/2 cup Milk powder

  7. 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Finely chopped pista

Instructions to make to make Mango Yoghurt Delight

  1. First, grease a flat metal tray and keep ready. Then heat a heavy based non-stick pan. Add mango puree to it and cook while stirring on low flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Then whisk the hung yoghurt and add to mango puree. Mix with wire whisk. Cook both till the mixture becomes thick.
  3. Then add cardamom powder, milk powder and cook till you get a dough like mixture and it leaves the sides. Cook on low flame to avoid sticking at bottom.
  4. Add butter, combine well. Switch off flame, take the pan on counter and keep mixing for 2 minutes. (Tip: If mixture becomes dry, add a spoonful of milk.)
  5. Pour in tray and cool to room temperature. Knead it well. Then take a small ball. Stuff it with some chopped pista. Close the opening from all sides. Roll in mango shapes or any other choice of shape. Garnish with chopped pista.
  6. Then refrigerate for an hour for setting. Serve delicious Mango Delight to your family and watch them enjoy! Tip: I have not added sugar. You may add if liked.
