- 1 cup Rabdi

- Tbsp Sugar Powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped Mango

- Soak sabja seeds in water for 10-15 minutes and set aside.

- Take the chilled serving glass and add pre-prepared mango puree in bottom of the glass followed by 2 tbsp of sabja seeds.
- Next layer with 2 tbsp rabdi, then 2 tbsp of falooda sev followed by 2 tbsp rabdi again.

- Finally place a scoop of mango ice cream on the top.
- Garnish with sliced nuts or dry fruits or you can also use Cherry as per your preference.
