  2. Heat up a frying pan/pot over the medium flame & add in the oil & add in the tempering spice & let it splutter, then goes in the sliced mangoes, sauté until a bit mushy.
  3. Add in the measured water now, mix everything well together- put the lid & flame in the low-medium, let it cook well for another 5-6 mins time- keep a check-in between.
  4. Once quite mushy in its consistency & the water is also absorbed & the gravy thickens- Goes in the sugar now- Mix well, cover it back & again allow the sugar to dissolve well keeping the gravy consistency on the slightly thicker side & not much runny.
  5. Once done: Turn off the flame, let it sit back on the hot oven for the next 5-6 mins time...Dish out, in the serving platter to enjoy with Rice, Dal & Sabji...This can also be refrigerated for about 2-3 hrs time & had chilled...Relish this DELISH with your main course meal 🥘 & ENJOY 😋💁🏻‍♀️
